Academic Background: Corporate Communications professional specializing in Senior Management from the University of Medellín. Completed studies in Senior Management, Negotiation with Leadership, Sales Management, and Women in Leadership at EAFIT University, as well as Artificial Intelligence Applied to Sales at EUDE Business School. A member of the John Maxwell Team, certified as a speaker, coach, and facilitator in leadership and team development.

Corporate Experience: 24 years of corporate experience, 20 of which were spent leading teams and business units at Banco de Bogotá, Telefónica, Publicar, Grupo Prisa, and EAFIT University. Managed annual budgets of up to COP 70 billion (approximately US$23 million).

Educator and Speaker: Since 2017, has served as an executive education instructor at EAFIT University and the University of Los Andes. Speaker for the Medellín Chamber of Commerce for Antioquia.

Consulting CL: Has designed and implemented consulting, mentoring, and training programs for public and private sector companies across Latin America. Currently serves on a board of directors.
