With 20 years of experience in the corporate world and 17 in management and leadership roles, I have helped companies design effective commercial strategies, open new markets nationally and internationally, and build high-performance teams. Since 2018, through Consulting CL, I have worked in sectors such as retail, technology, services, and industry, impacting more than 10,000 people in 10 countries in the Americas and developing practical, results-oriented solutions for B2B and B2C markets.

I am a Corporate Communicator with a postgraduate degree in Senior Management and studies in Leadership, Culture and Talent Management, Negotiation, Female Leadership, Sales Management from EAFIT University, and Artificial Intelligence Applied to Sales from EUDE Business School. I am a professor at the Universidad de los Andes and EAFIT University, which allows me to combine my practical and academic experience to design programs that generate a real impact on organizations.
